Former Orpheus member Michael Peterson passed away suddenly on October 29. Michael joined Orpheus in 2012 and sang in the bass section, and was also a talented trumpeter and organist. He served as Board President from 2015 until 2017, and resigned from the Chorus in June of that year. Those of us who remember the Solo Salons that used to be held on the first Saturday of each month will recall the one that Michael hosted in his apartment. May he rest in peace and rise in glory.
